Dr.
Christine Dickson,
President and Founder of Foresight Management will open the
workshop and act as one of the facilitators. Dr. Dickson is an expert in
the area of workplace flexibility. She is a national speaker on the
topic and has worked as a facilitator, researcher, and consultant for
over 10 years.
Jill
Goldsmith, is
an experienced group facilitator who has worked successfully at all
levels of management. Jill has worked as a managing associate
for
PriceWaterhouseCoppers in the Higher Education Consulting Practice and
holds a Masters in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale
University.
Karen
Schiff,
is an experienced group facilitator. After earning her Masters in
Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, she worked
extensively on change management projects and facilitated numerous
groups for the New York City Personnel Department, CNA Insurance, and
Scholastic, Inc. |

Johanna Seppäläinen
is Sr. Consultant
and Coach for Foresight Management. She is currently leading business development on the east coast. She is an experienced coach and trainer with a strong multicultural background. She holds a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University. Her thesis explored "Finnish Expatriate Adjustment to the Work/Life in the USA"
Jennifer Jay has worked in the field of Organizational Development for 10 years. She consults with organizations to improve employee performance and increase retention. Jennifer also works with individuals on career and life coaching. She holds a MBA in Organizational Development from California State University
Lynn Quinn
is director of the non-profit Work Life Balance Organization. She created an online communication tool for employers that enable them to benchmark worklife and leadership initiatives. Lynn participated in the 2nd Wharton Work Life Integration Roundtable. She holds a Masters in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Susanne
Shibley has over 12 years experience helping organizations prepare, manage and reinforce change. She successfully managed internal and executive communication programs for Cisco Systems Inc., Siemens and Infineon Technologies Corp. She holds a MBA from Witten/Herdecke University Germany.
Sarah
Sherertz is the program coordinator for the ThirdPath Institute. Sarah has worked with a variety of community development organization and has focused on the dynamism between culture and the economy. Sarah received her B.A. in Community Development and Economics from Portland State University.

Join us for an interactive, facilitated
workshop designed for business people and organizations who are serious

Here is
what you can expect...
- Pre-Session
Coaching:
- Attendees will take a Workplace Flexibility
Survey prior to the workshop and will work with an
experienced coach to determine the top 3 areas
they would like to work on during our workshop.
- Coaches will also be
available to answer questions about the survey and
workshop.
- Attendees will then be matched into groups based on
their area of interest.
- Workshop
Goals & Objectives:
- Identify
areas of strength that make flexibility possible in your organization
and learn how to leverage & harness these strengths.
- Identify barriers to
flexibility and ways to work with these barriers.
- Develop
a specific actionable plan to carry out within the next two
months to move your initiative forward or get it started.
- Post-Workshop
Coaching & Follow-up:
- All attendees will turn
in
their specific actionable plan at the end of the session.
- Coaches will then provide
one FREE 1-hour
coaching session after the workshop to follow-up individually
with
attendees and to provide additional support and resources.
