What people said about our forum...

"High quality of discussants, real life stories, cases, I highly recommend these forums."

"It was interesting and inspiring to hear successful professionals detailing what is possible for a flexible workplace. They were a success story, not merely stating what is desirable without producing the results."

"It helped me understand the challenges that we may face and how to possibly overcome them. We are already in the process of rolling out a National firm wide flex initiative...the business case was also something that I will take with me back to my position as we implement our own policy."

"It inspired me to develop a plan and try to push this in our company."

"We are rolling out an initiative firm wide and this forum gave us great advice on what to expect and how to avoid pitfalls."

"The forum inspired me to see our company offer a flexibility plan (trial period of course) for non-exempt employees also. Currently only exempt employees are allowed flexibility."

"It really got me thinking about how to change our organization!"

"It inspired me to talk with my HR Director and to plan how to alter our workplace to remain competitive in the industry."

"The forum was inspirational! I will be leading our team to implement a radical change to how we view workplace flexibility."

"The forum inspired me to talk about these cutting-edge processes to clients and encourage them to push the envelope."

"Speakers were realistic about workplace flexibility versus “pie in the sky.”

"EXCELLENT speakers!"

"We were already going to update our workplace flexibility policies, so the information provided was timely."

"I enjoyed the variety of firms/organizations input on how to make it work."
