Foresight Management was
founded in 2006 by PhD level Industrial-Organizational Psychologists
and Clinical Psychologists who understand first hand the interface
between human
behavior and the workplace. By understanding how human behavior affects
the workplace and most importantly the financial performance of a
company, businesses can create more effective strategies that take into
consideration these critical issues.
Foresight Management's executive education program helps organizations
consider the impact of human behavior on the workplace and reveals how
flexible work environments are critical for creating sustainable
businesses for the 21st century.
Foresight Management also provides a leadership development program to
help leaders build skills to more effectively manage the 21st
century workplace. The old model of work is falling away and is rapidly
being replaced by a technological advanced workplace and workforce who
require a new style of leadership for the 21st century.
